**Requires Authentication**
Requires any of the roles:	Admin, TenantAdmin, MarketplaceAdmin, ServiceProblemReporter

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT	/service/{ServiceId}/problem	Report a problem while using a smartspace within a service.

**ProblemReport** Parameters:
