GetExternalReservationQRCode

**Requires Authentication**
Requires any of the roles:	Admin, TenantAdmin, AccessAdmin, Receptionist

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/reservation/getexternalqrcode	Gets a QR code containing encrypted ID of external reservation in Base64 format.

**GetExternalReservationQRCode** Parameters:
